Inibuilds A350 no flightplan folder since v1.1.8?

Hello,

I need help resolving Inibuilds A350 flightplan folder location.

Since inbuilds a350 v1.1.8 I cannot locate the location for the generated inibuilds .fpl plan. I had created a shortcut that pointed to the file, but, the shortcut ceased to work at (exaclty) after the upgrade. I quite simply no longer have a folder to store the Simbrief generated flightplan in, and, as a result, instead of having a flightplan with all waypoints ready to insert as before, I merely get my departure and arrival airport with a direct route bereft of any waypoints. I have already enquired with inibuilds, but, frankly, they’ve given me generic directory replies and none of them have helped me locate this elusive folder since v1.1.8

So, if any Steam a350 user reading this, or navigraph staff can be of assisance locating the new location of this folder I would be grateful. Maybe the architecture has changed? I simply don’t know.

I am running Steam MSFS2020 on windows 10.

Hi Marco,
I am unsure if I understand you correctly; therefore, again, my understanding of your issue:

  • You plan a flight from A-B via Simbrief
  • Then you generate the flightplan in Simbrief
  • After that, you press the prefile button
  • Select Inibuilds Flightplan A350
  • … and the flight plan will be saved in the downloads folder

Here ends my understanding of your process. What next?

  • Don’t you know now where the flight plan is saved?
  • Do you use the Simbrief downloader?
  • Do you not know how to insert the generated flight plan directly into the A350 FMGS?

Could you please explain your exact steps in detail?
