Inibuilds A350 - No flight plan on file for the specified user

I have a inibuilds A350 on my MSFS2024. When I click on generate flight plan on the OIS, it says,

“Error: No flight plan on file for the specified user”

The flight plan can be seen on my Simbrief account dahboard. However on my OIS it is empty and shows the message above. This issue persists even after I remove my credentials and relink my account. I even tried restarting the sim but to no avail. Any advice?

Welcome.

After you have created or edited your flight plan in SimBrief, make sure you press Generate Flight.

Hi, also please make sure the “SimBrief User ID” setting in the EFB “3rd Party” settings page is correct.

You should enter “1217563” in this field, however it appears from the logs that you may have entered “121563” by accident (missing the “7” in the middle).
