I am flying long haul flights with A350 and during each flight, I have to reset credentials a few times to avoid to lose the EFB Navigraph charts.
Any solution to correct this?

Please elaborate a bit. How do you reset the credentials? Are you still signed in, but the map or charts is not loading? We did not develop the A350 OIS, so it is likely an issue on the iniBuilds end, but some clarification is needed.

Hi,
I take off at CDG with IFR high on the EFB.
After a short while, the chart turns black.
I have to go to EFB options third party then refresh Navigraph code to get the chart again.
some minutes later, the same isse occurs, with the same solution…

Thank you for the confirmation. This is indeed an iniBuilds issue, and they are aware of it! We’re helping them in any way we can already. It’ll likely be fixed in a future update!
