Hi…,
With the iniBuilds A340, what exactly disappears? In the EFB, you may need to re-login to your Navigraph account multiple times to access Charts. We are working with the IniBuilds developers to resolve this issue.

The red airplane profile disappears off the map. The same thing happens with their A350 as I reported months ago. I’m running the application standalone on a separate monitor. None of the other aircraft I fly from other manufacturers such as Fenix, FlyByWire, and FSLabs disappear. I tried uninstalling Charts and reinstalling but no difference. This is also a new desktop from the original one I was using when I first reported the A350.

Hi Ken,
Are you using Charts Desktop? There is a known issue with these icons there, see this topic:
Please try Charts Cloud and see if it works better. If so, this will be solved in the next update!

Yes, Charts Desktop. Will give Clouds a try. When is the next update?
Ian, the issue is not related to your example. It’s not range related. The Aircraft shaped symbol disappears while at the gate and comes and goes randomly along the route of flight. The cloud version seems to work fine though.

Hi Ken,
That thread doesn’t refer specifically to range but notes intermittent missing aircraft icons in Charts Desktop. Whilst we believe we have identified the issue, we don’t yet have a time for the next update.
We are glad that Charts Cloud works for you.
