We did a group flight on IVAO with 8 planes. 3 of then being Inibuild A350 planes.
All 8 showed up on IVAO Webeye and were visible on the tarmac. (MSFS)
However, the 3 A350 never showed up on Navigraph Charts.
Yeah, me too. Same issue A359
Hello!
Which platform did you use? If you used the Navigraph Desktop app for PC, you are affected by this issue:
This will be fixed in the next update.
Kind Regards,
Malte
Hi Malte, thanks for the quick reply. Looking forward to the next update.

If I set the Win10 default browser to Chrome, I can see my own A/C just fine. Doesn’t work if default is Firefox.
So, ultimate solution was to delete simlink. I was going to uninstall/reinstall. But, when I uninstalled it everything worked perfectly. So, I didn’t reinstall it. Just completed a flight without any issues and my A/C was visible the entire time.
It’s not clear to me what changed in your case. Could you share before/after screenshots?
If you were previously using the moving maps feature, this icon would have been covering your aircraft:
Hi
Thanks for taking the time to send me an email – greatly appreciated.
Turns out it had to do with simlink. I started out using charts.navigraph.com w/simlink. Then later installed the Navigraph exe app and used it exclusively. My A/C would start out visible for a minute or so then disappear. After hours of frustration I decided to start over and reinstall everything. I started by uninstalling simlink. Before I uninstalled the exe app I took a flight with it and was surprised that my A/C never disappeared. Uninstalling simlink fixed the issue completely. I’ve used the app a dozen times now without any issues.
I guess it was some kind of conflict between simlink and the exe app.
Thanks again, hope this helps others.

I am still not following, sorry.
If you are no longer running Simlink, you also no longer have access to any “Moving maps” features. You can’t see your position on charts, and you can’t use the “Heading up” map mode. You also have no live flight telemetry.
When you are using Simlink, and have moving maps enabled your position should be constantly visible - but not as an aircraft icon. Instead, you should see the symbol mentioned in my previous post.
What I gather is this:
- You are not using the moving maps features at all
- You are using the “online networks” feature to track your own position (and others)
- When you have Simlink running, your position in the online networks feature is sometimes disappearing. When you turn Simlink off, the position no longer flashes.
Is that correct?
Yeah, I understand all that. Didn’t say it right. The issue is my a/c aircraft symbol. It briefly appears then disappears. The moving maps symbol is always available and never disappears. Navigraph used to work displaying my a/c symbol perfectly then one day it didn’t. The weird part is yesterday I got fed up and uninstalled simlink and it worked perfectly for a full flight. I can’t figure out how that could be but it worked. Guessing it was still active and just the app was uninstalled. Today I loaded up Navigraph and my A/C not shown. So I reinstalled it and we’re back to it appearing for 3-4 seconds then blanking out.
Sorry, didn’t read below the fold … Yes, your summation IS correct except once it disappears it never comes back

This does not sound like OPs issue. Could you confirm @willy648 ?
@RwCfiPilot Are you also flying on IVAO? Could you make a screen recording of the issue?
Sorry used an incorrect forward address …
I appreciate the help!
No IVAO - just VATSIM.
I don’t see what a recording will show – this is pretty straight forward. I zoom in on the airport/departure gate and enable online VATSIM traffic. I see all other magenta A/C parked. I connect to vPilot and my A/C appears at the gate for about 3-seconds then disappears never to be seen again at the gate or in flight. Enabling the moving map symbol is the only way I can see my A/C position.
This does sound similar to the issue that will be fixed in the next version. Please hold out until then, and we’ll see if the issue persists for you!
This is a different issue that mine.
Thank you for the confirmation!
We hope that your issue will also be fixed with the next update. Let’s wait and see!
Hi. This issue is resolved! Did uninstall on charts and the issue is no more. Thanks for your help and patience.
I am happy that your issue is resolved! You are not the OP, however, so I will keep this topic open and focused on the issue that @willy648 is having.
As mentioned before, we are hoping for an improvement with the next release!
