Incorrect ILS Glideslope at MMTO RWY 15 with Navigraph Navdata – MSFS 2024

Hello,

I would like to report a possible ILS/glideslope issue at Lic. Adolfo López Mateos International Airport (MMTO), Toluca, Mexico, specifically for Runway 15 ILS (ITLC) in Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024.

Issue

When using Navigraph Navdata in MSFS 2024, the ILS glideslope for RWY 15 (ITLC, 109.50 MHz) is vertically incorrect.

The localizer appears to work correctly and aligns with the runway, but the glideslope is positioned too low. When the aircraft captures the glideslope, following the centered GS results in an approach that is significantly below the correct 3° ILS path.

The problem occurs consistently and is not aircraft-specific.

Troubleshooting performed

I have tested the following:

  • Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 fully updated.
  • Navigraph Hub reinstalled.
  • Latest available Navigraph AIRAC installed.
  • Navigraph Navdata reinstalled.
  • DXR MMTO scenery completely removed.
  • Tested with multiple aircraft.
  • Tested with Navigraph Navdata enabled and disabled.

The most important finding is:

Navigraph Navdata ENABLED → incorrect glideslope.

Navigraph Navdata DISABLED → glideslope works correctly using the default MSFS navdata.

This behavior is completely reproducible.

ILS information

Airport: MMTO – Toluca International Airport
Runway: 15
Approach: ILS RWY 15
Ident: ITLC
Frequency: 109.50 MHz
Localizer course: approximately 153°
Glideslope: 3.0°

The localizer itself appears to be correctly aligned. The problem is specifically with the vertical glideslope.

Expected behavior

With the published ILS data, the aircraft should follow a normal 3.0° glideslope and cross the runway threshold at the appropriate threshold crossing height.

Actual behavior

With Navigraph Navdata enabled, the glideslope is vertically displaced. The aircraft can capture the GS, but following the centered glideslope results in an approach that is too low relative to the runway.

As soon as I disable/remove Navigraph Navdata and allow MSFS 2024 to use its default navigation data, the ILS works normally again.

This makes me believe the issue may be related to the Navigraph navdata definition/calculation of the glideslope position/elevation for ITLC, rather than the simulator scenery or aircraft.

I would appreciate it if the MMTO ITLC ILS RWY 15 glideslope data could be checked.

I can provide screenshots, videos, flight parameters, or any additional information required to reproduce the issue.

Hi,
Just an update to this:

I can confirm this bad GS, and we have analyzed it. We will try (but I can´t promising) to fix it with the first version of the next AIRAC 2609. When we are not ready with the testing, you can expect a 2nd revision after the official release as soon as we finish. We have identified the issue and will provide a fix.

As soon as the fix is implemented, I will inform you here.
