I was using a tool to try to clean up the cache but have unfortunatedly destroyed a lot of my addons so I had to reinstall it. The “navigraph-nav-base” folder is one of them where the manifest and layout files are gone, I may need to reinstall it. However, the other navigraph folder contents are fine. What do I need to do to repair the “navigraph-nav-base” folder?

It is likely quickest to remove and install the items of concern in the Hub, starting with the AIRAC Cycle 2609 rev.1 package.
