My language is Spanish (Spain) and I have used Google Translate.
I am desperate with the Navigraph Simlink. Without having touched anything, or installed anything. Suddenly the Navigraph Simlink does NOT log in. After a few seconds of waiting, it appears with the red dot and without being able to use it. I have looked at ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING in the forums, networks, etc. etc. I cannot find a solution to this. Please, I beg you to help me.
This has stopped syncing or logging in instantly. I haven’t installed anything, I haven’t changed anything. I just started using Navigraph one more day and since then it hasn’t worked anymore.
I have followed “ALL” of the instructions I have seen on the forum. I have “UNINSTALLED” ALL of the Navigraph products. I have done a complete clean and then reinstalled everything from scratch. Checking that I am always using the same account as well as the suggestions on the forum.
But with NO success.

In the Date & time section, verify the settings. Click on Change under “Change date and time” to make any necessary adjustments. You can also expand the Time zone drop-down menu to select the correct time zone.
Verify that the Timezone and date & time are auto sync with the internet.
Consistently having this exact same issue for the last couple of days as well. Occasionally able to log in, but logged out a few minutes later. Otherwise, it logs me out immediately after login.
Here are my logs. Computer is set to sync time, I did a full uninstall/reinstall of simlink, but still having this issue. You’ll notice it will work for a while, then kick me out again.
