Import into Charts function not properly working

Ever since the feature released I have been using it but as of recently I often times get this error, and sometimes I don’t. Can anyone please tell me what I should do?

Hi, I am not sure what could cause this. Do you have any antivirus or anti-malware programs installed? Are you able to open https://charts.navigraph.com manually in your browser?

If so, one workaround might be to right-click the “Import into Charts” button, choose “Copy link address”, then paste the URL into a new browser tab to see if that works better.

Thanks for your reply - it works but I must turn off my Windows Firewall, otherwise I am unable to “Import into Charts” or use the link provided. I never had this before. I will try adding an exclusion so I can have my Firewall running again! Have a nice Sunday, Dennis.
