Im new...Navigraph Hub stuck on loading packages

Hi I’m new to navigraph so not sure if I’ve missed something but cant get passed the loading packages screen after installing 1.2.24.0. I can see there is a history of this in the passed, any solutions?

Can you send us the Navigraph Hub log, please.

  1. Press Win + R
  2. Type %appdata%/navigraph-hub/logs and press enter
  3. In the Explorer window that opens, locate the main.log file
  4. Upload this file to your next post

Hi Ive sorted it now, I deleted MSFS2020 which I also had in stalled, looks like it don’t like both 2020 and 2024 together.

Strange! Hub should differentiate between the two simulators :thinking:

Next time you find unexpected behavior, take note of the log location. Its very handy in clarifying issues.
