ILS approaches to Batumi Runway 12 not showing

Hi,
it seems that the ILS to Batumi Runway 12 are missing in the FEnix (MSFS) and Toliss (X-Plane 12). Is that an issue on Navigraphs end?

Hi,
Use the LOC 12 approach. The reason it is not coded as ILS is that the missed approach starts prior to the runway threshold. All such approaches are coded as LOC approaches.

Maybe one follow up. If my FMS shows only the LOC apporach, aren’t there charts for the LOC approaches too? When would I then use the ILS charts?

… only to be sure, that does not mean you can´t fly the ILS :slight_smile: … the ILS antenna and the GS antenna are available and can be used via the frequency, but this is a coding limitation for the FMC/MCDU :wink:
