ILS approach at YBCS labelled as LOC

Hey there,

The ILS approach(es) to runway 15 at YBCS are labelled as LOC approaches despite the chart having ILS or LOC written and the presence of a glideslope. See Discord for more info

This is because the Missed Approach starts before the runway threshold. You can still fly the ILS approach.
