Hello, I would like the make a complaint about the purchase I made today. I went to the navigraph website on my account and decided to subscribe to a monthly subscription. I entered all the card information and verified it. But when I completed the purchases it displayed an error, after which I closed the site thinking the transaction didn’t go through. Later I found out that 10.86€ where taken out of my credit card balance, I thought the transaction did intact go through and that it was a false error but I was wrong. Not only wasn’t I subscribed but almost 11€ were taken out of my balance for nothing. I would like to get some feedback on why this happened and how can I get my money back.
I thought I signed out of my monthly renewal until which time I could resume it. Apparently not. It came out of my bank and I was hit with an overdraft three times. Swell. Maybe it was you. Maybe it was me. I’m not sure.
I can’t see any reference to unsubscribing from your monthly subscription, and it is is still active. I suggest you unsubscribe immediately at Your Subscription to avoid renewal again. You will still receive service till the end of the subscription month.
