I can’t access SimBrief or Navigraph today. Everything was working fine yesterday. I usually use a mobile network, but when I tried accessing SimBrief and Navigraph charts with mobile data today, I couldn’t connect. However, I was able to access them through a public Wi-Fi network.

This is likely a local ISP issue - SimBrief is running fine. You can verify this by trying a free VPN, but it seems that you have already been able to confirm that it is a regional issue by trying a separate internet connection.
Unfortunately, SimBrief or Navigraph cannot do anything in this scenario. Managing the network between our servers and you is outside our influence. The issue will likely go away by itself, though it is impossible to tell exactly when.
