Hi,
First of all, it is much clearer to write a short subject title as whole sentences.

I am not sure which SIM you are using, but can you confirm that:

  1. You are using a vanilla sim? Means no 3rd party sceneries/packages, excluding our packages?

  2. When you remove our packages, can you confirm the SIM is working as expected?

I ask because you wrote that you have reinstalled your computer; that means, for me, you have also reinstalled your SIM, correct?

We need a little more information than “help.”
