So I downloaded the Simbrief dispatch for Flight Simulator 24, I extracted the folder and then pasted it in the community folder that my A350 is installed, but it’s not showing up in the EFB, how can I fix it?

Welcome.
You can install the SimBrief EFB App using the copy-and-paste method on the SimBrief webpage you mentioned, or directly using Navigraph Hub.
You then have the Simbrief Dispatch app available in the MSFS EFB:

i was wanting to install Simbrief here in my EFB as showed in the photo, and I saw a video teaching how to do this and I did the same thing of the video and didn’t worked for me, I was wanting to do this to see if would be possible to play with ATC in this way, because when I only import the flight plan directly to the airplane the ATC don’t recognize the flight plan.
This is the video, I did the same thing of this video and didn’t worked.
Please try loading SimBrief Dispatch using Navigraph Hub as I mentioned above.
