Good afternoon. Despite being registered with Simbrief with my ID, when I create a flight plan with Simbrief within the MSFS2024 EFB and click the import plan button, nothing appears on any GPS navigation system, whether it be the Garmin 530, 1000 or TDS 750 NXi. I’m sure there’s something I’m not doing right.
Good morning. First of all, thank you very much for your help, and apologies because I am not English and I do everything with a translator (which always increases the difficulty).
It doesn’t matter whether I do it before boarding the plane or once it’s already on the runway. I can’t get the plan to appear. This flight plan is just an example. I have tried others and none of them work. In FS2020, it always works.
The 750 NXi is an addon for the simulator, and I cannot speak to its functionality. We do not have a direct integration with this addon, we integrate with the simulator. Any addon that also integrates with the simulator in the same way should also see the changed flightplan.
Can you try with the default G1000? You mentioned that you had issues with that one too, but I am not able to reproduce that issue with the flightplan in your screenshot:
The fact that you do see the route correctly imported in the EFB suggests that our import worked as expected, and that the route should show up in any of the default avionics too. Is that not the case for you?
Right after I asked why Simbrief Planner wasn’t working for me, there was an update with Navigraph Hub, and after running several checks, everything seems to be working fine now. The TDS750 NXi only loads the flight plan with Simbrief Downloader, but at least it works.
I am very grateful for your assistance. Best Regards
