Is this free ? Where do we get it ?

And, will it be made compatible with good 3rd Party addons such as the JustFlight Arrow ?

yes, currently it´s free because it´s in beta status.
You will find all details directly on PMS50 homepage: GNT750 - GPS for MSFS2020

Also, there is a own Discord called GTN750 for details or specific question to this addon (ie. if it works with the JF Arrow).
