How can I use FlyPad in A320 Neo just like MCDU?

How can I use FlyPad in A320 Neo just like MCDU? In FBW A320Neo i want to use a tablet to drag and drop FlyPad, so I can use it with touchscreen. Just like you can use MCDU. Can it be done?
