I noticed here that apparently we also have copter charts, but I cannot access them.
Neither by clicking open in charts, nor by looking for KJRA in the desktop App can I access them. Am I missing some kind of setting?

Heliports like KJRA, KJRB and all the others are entirely missing from the navigraph database: they are not present on the maps, I had to create them as a custom waypoint.
Having them on the map would be great. Having charts even greater. I have read somewhere on this forum that copter procedures are not available, but I’d love to at least have the heliports on the map and be able to see the charts.

The issue I spotted might be related to this: Heliports in the database - Navigation Data / General MSFS Data - Navigraph
The issue is definitely related, yes, however we are working on ways to implement it. As Richard mentioned in that thread, there are some fundamental problems, though we will find a solution.
