Have lost all folders?

I have tried to download my flight plan, to add to MSFS and for the first time I get the error below.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the downloader but the issue remains? I have been using this great program for years and it’s the first time I’ve had any issues

Hi,

Simply check that the “Route” field isn’t empty and that “Detailed Navlog” is checked in your flight options, then regenerate your flight plan.
