Hard to see information about and read text in restricted areas

Around ESOW Västerås are a couple of local noise abatement areas as seen in the screenshot

The text in these areas are almost the same color as the area itself making it quite hard to read. It’s also necessary to zoom in quite far for the text to pop up. The one in the top right for example doesn’t even show until I zoom in even further.

The same goes for Restricted areas (screenshot from Stockholm)

The text blends in with the background. Also, the text for R102 is visible when zoomed out very far whereas the text for R113 (rectangular-ish area) is only visible when zoomed in a lot more. What makes them appear at different zoom levels?

I’d like to suggest

  • Make the text more visible from the background
  • Allow us to configure at what zoom level these texts should appear. This is useful when you want to see more info around a larger area quickly, for example during planning. Yes, it will be a lot of information but with something like a clutter/details slider at the bottom of the map or more detailed options/checkboxes to toggle information on/off in the map filters this could be easily configured as needed.
  • Make the areas selectable with an information box (similar to when selecting the AROS VORDME for example). This is useful when you’re zoomed out too far for the text to appear but still want to quickly see what it has to say.
