Gross weight or TOW

Hello, my aircraft FMC , Perf İnit page is waiting for me to enter GW (gross weight) but there is no option like GW in the load sheet of OFP.
Are Gross Weight and TOW (take-off weight) the same thing, what is the difference, or what can l use instead of gross weight?

Hi,

What aircraft? Normally most FMCs want you to enter the ZFW and the current fuel load, which combine to form the GW.

If you must enter the GW (ramp weight) directly, you can calculate it by adding the planned Taxi fuel to the TOW.

My sim is X-plane 11 and the aircraft is B737 (zibo mod)
Performance init page of FMC asks for GW.

You’re supposed to enter the ZFW, the GW will populate automatically once you do that.

The ability to enter GW directly must exist for a reason, but that’s not standard procedure.
