Hi All, is there a ‘way’ to planning these type of flight plans and to get them to validate on Euro Control. Example Route LIPZ > LIMC . Many thanks

Simbrief does not support the IFR and VFR keywords in its route string so there’s no proper way to plan those without manually removing them from the Simbrief route and manually adding them to the validation text as required.

Thus despite the existence of “VFR to IFR” and “IFR to VFR” entries in the Flight Rules drop-down, such flights cannot really be planned with Simbrief that I know of

Support for IFR and VFR keywords in route string

For use when doing a VFR → IFR or an IFR → VFR flight and to facilitate validating such flights in Europe without having to manually insert the keywords like I had to do here: [vfr->ifr] Regards, Tim
