G3000 / Failed to fetch flights

Hello,

Since the 2.0.3 update of the G3000 plugin, i’m unable to load any flight plan using the simbrief plugin

Plugin settings displays i’m connected to my simbrief account

i’m able to load flight plans using the MSFS plugin from the launch menu but it’s not a convenient solution since i do flights with many legs

Config details :

  • Op System: Windows 11 Pro 24H2
  • FS Version: MSFS 2020
  • AIRAC Update No: 2503 Rev.4
  • Aircraft : TBM930 Asobo

What I expected to happen.

Load flight plan list

What actually happened

Error message displaying “failed to fetch flights”

What i tried to solve the issue

  • Disconnect and reconnect my account from the plugin
  • Uninstall and reinstall the plugin
  • Restart my PC
  • Delete old flight plans and generate a new

Please let me know if you need more informations and if you are able to reproduce the issue.

Thanks,

Hugues

Hello! Welcome to our forum!

Thank you for the report, we shall investigate.

Kind Regards,

Hi, hugues. I got the same Issue today. “Failed to fetch flight” on G300 CESSNA longitude. I think its linked with last update. It worked OK yesterday. (But This morning : I pressed the update button inside Hub list and it doen’t work anymore…)

Same Issue here (flying the Cessna Citation Longitude). After change to the old folder (Avionics Plugin G3000/G5000 in my community-folder) I can load SimBrief F-Plans again.

Hello, me on G1000, when I go to the flight plan list I have no error but only an empty list. Since the last update… May be this is related?

and unable to import from the EFB also. completly buggy. There is a way to get the previous binaries before the upgrade please?.

Hello everyone!

The issue has been identified and fixed. The latest version of the G1000, G3000 and G3X plugins should now be available! Let me know if you have any further issues.

We really appreciate the feedback!

Kind Regards,
Malte

Actually, can you clarify this? If I understand you correctly, this is a completely different issue. The notification says that the import was successful, and I can’t reproduce any related issues. Please create a new topic if you continue to have issues with the EFB import!

Here’s what it looks like for me:

Hello Malte,

I can confirm that my issue is fixed with v2.0.4 ! Thanks for the quick fix !

So I confirm that now the flight can be loaded from the avionic (good). For the Import route, I don’t know if it should load that but I can confirm that it does not load into the G1000 when I click the import from the EFB. It is minor as I don’t use much the EFB. I will then open a separate topic of that.
