G1000: Flight Plan import fails with custom waypoints (MSFS 2024)

I created the following flight plan with custom waypoints and dispatched it in SimBrief:

LYNK/33 DCT POD DCT 4211N01917E 4204N01938E 4207N01951E 4213N01954E
4216N02001E 4210N02017E DCT LAKU/01

When trying to import the flight plan via the G1000, an error occurs (see screenshot below). I tested this in the basic C172 G1000.

I can load this flight plan via the SimBrief EFB App and can then send it to the avionics, but this workaround doesn’t seem to work with (some) third party aircrafts.

  • Avionics Plugin G1000 v2.0.4
  • SimBrief EFB App 1.3.0
  • AIRAC Cycle 2513 rev.1

What I expected to happen.

Flight plan should be imported with all waypoints. Other flight plans like this have worked before, but I didn’t fly for a couple of month, so I can’t tell since when it’s broken.

What actually happened

An error was shown during import. Only origin and destination airport were imported.

AT MSFS 2024 World Map C172 G1000, create/edit/generate flight plan in SimBrief in EFB, then import flight plan. When you load aircraft the flight plan loads correctly into the C172 G1000:

I was able to import via EFB into PMDG 737-800 without error. I didn’t try performing the flight :grinning_face:
