FSS jet navdata-updater error

Hey guys, I’m having an issue with the NavData Updater in the experimental version (see attached screenshot).

When I run the FSS jet navdata-updater, it doesn’t update the AIRAC cycle to the current Navigraph REV2 version — it stays on REV1 instead. After the update, the aircraft is also unable to capture the ILS localizer during approaches, even though the LOC signal appears correctly.

What’s interesting is that if I completely uninstall everything and delete the WASM folder, the ILS works normally again. That makes me think both issues could be related somehow.

Has anyone experienced this or found a solution? Thanks!

Hi,
Please report this to FSS, we have nothing to do with this tool, and we are not the responsible company for such answers.

Thank you
Richard

I already did, and I got no answer, just posted here in case someone has the same problem and can help me find a solution… Thanks

All right, no problem… Looks like great support, when the dev develops a tool and won’t help.

The problem is that FSS uses this tool to convert our data into their format. So, we don’t (and can’t) really support this addon as the others, because we have no clue how this converter works.

We have offered FSS to build the data into their format, but they declined for some reason.

This is a really unique case, and the only one! add-on of nearly 150 different add-ons, what we support, and where we can’t do anything. I’m sorry for the bad experience with FSS and their support.

Have a nice day
Richard
