FSR500 Flashing MFD

Please only mention one issue per topic so that others can easily see what has been reported
I’m having an ongoing problem with the FSR500 MFD flashing rapidly when opening Navigraph charts. I’ve got my Simbrief ID loaded in the EFB and I can see that I’m signed in via the navigraph account devices web page. What happens is going to an MFD page that uses Navigraph, I get the Navigraph signin link and QRcode. I go through the approval process but then the MFD starts flashing. Pressing FPL will navigate away from the flashing MFD page, but on return to any MFD page using Navigraph, the flashing resumes. When this occurs, the only way to stop this behavior is to exit the current flight and restart a new flight. Within the new flight, navigraph charts work as expected with no flashing. Anybody know whats going on with this? Using MSFS2024. Very little in the community folder. G1000 Plugin Version 2.1.2. Unable to reproduce on demand but seems to happen regularly.

What I expected to happen.

Clarify your expectations. It’s easier to understand the anticipated
behavior and determine whether it’s truly a bug or a usability issue that
needs to be reviewed.

What actually happened

Please describe what happened in a way that enables us to find the problem
without follow-up questions. For instance, saying “the charts do not work”
or “login is broken” doesn’t help. To the extent that it is possible, please provide clear steps to reproduce the
problem. Screenshots and error messages are helpful and encouraged!

Hello,

Can you double check that your computer system time is sync’d to internet time, please.

Restart your machine and try viewing the charts again.

Yes, computer time is synced and restarting the machine is redundant. Like I said, I only need to restart the simulator flight (exit to the main sim screen) to resolve. I know this doesn’t help but the problem is intermittent and I haven’t found a pattern or a way to reproduce. Is there something I can provide the next time this happens?

Thanks for the feedback.

Since it’s not time sync related, it may be a sim graphical issue.

Firstly clear out your shader cache, if the issue persists, try to bring your graphics settings back to very basic and increase them one by one, also look into frame generation, VSync and frame limiter.

Turning these items off, the on one by one to try to isolate.
