FSLTL Traffic Injector unable to authorise with Navigraph

hi I have been trying to link FSLTL Traffic Injector to Navigraph. The FSLTL injector execs, opens the Navigraph browser window which you can see the one time code is present. I confirm yes but the authentication fails

States

Authentication failed: Access is denied

Injector cannot start - resolve Navigraph auth and restart.

I have tried a few times, tried restarting computer etc

You can see withinin Navigragh it has linked with FSLTL, but FSLTL does not continue past the authentication

thanks

If you can see that your account has authenticated FSLTL and it appears in the Device list on your Navigraph account, try signing that device out and re-authenticate again.

Thank you.

I have tried that a number of times. Also I have uninstalled and reinstalled FSLTL. I have logged out of the Devie in Navigragh and tried again. The code from FSLTL is certainly finding Navigraph and popping up the Navigrapgh window to allow the linking. This message keeps popping up straight after the confirmation of the link

16:12:03 [Navigraph] Authentication failed: Access is denied.
16:12:03 [Navigraph] Injector cannot start — resolve Navigraph auth and restart.

Sign into your Navigraph account and click on “devices” on the left panel of your profile.

Sign out everything related to FSLTL. Once you are happy that anything associated with FSLTL has been removed, try authenticating again.

Many thanks for your suggestions

I had already done that a few times. I signed out of Sim Brief and relinked that with no issues. Also tried linking the code through my phone in case it was something on my computer. Same result, links FSLTL on Navigraph but fails the authentication.

Also signed out of both FSLTL and Sim Brief, then tried FSLTL before linking into Sim Brief. Same result, but no issue relinking Sim Brief

FSLTL runs without Navigrapgh, ie can get static aircraft at airport.

I used Chat GPT and found a few other things to try, including, deleting cookies, removing config file and changing default browser. Restarting etc, no change

I can see that you have actually authenticated your Navigraph account with FSLTL, however double check this against the “Devices” list.

If you see the FSLTL authentication, try removing it by clicking Sign Out, then try authenticating again.

Thank you for your continued support

Everything under my devices list was signed out. Tried FSLTL before linking into anything else. Same result

Give this a shot,

  1. Press Win+R
  2. Enter %APPDATA%\fsltl-trafic-injector
  3. Delete navigraph-tokens.json
  4. Sign in again

Thans again Gordon

I had tried that a few times - and have just done so again.

I can see you are successfully authorising fsltl-injector on your account, though you have a lot of these authorisations. Please remove all of them, uninstall the FSLTL software. Make sure that it is completely uninstalled (manually delete the remaining files like the config.json, if it remains)

FSLTL have released version 2.1, which you can download and install via the FBW Installer App.

Hi Gordon It is now working, perhaps it was the update to the software. Many thanks for your ongoing support and encouragement - very much appreciated.

Quite possibly! Its great that you’re back in action again!

Enjoy!
