the end of 2025, but due to some performance issues, I had to uninstall it. However, since then, the aircraft still appears in Navigraph Hub. I can click on it, update its AIRAC data, and uninstall it. After several checks, I can confirm with certainty that the aircraft is not present in my Community folder.
Hi Ian, thank you for your response.
I’ve already tried uninstalling and reinstalling Navigraph Hub, as well as reinstalling and uninstalling the FSLab A321 Neo, but the issue is still persisting. I really don’t want to have to reinstall Windows just to fix this…
Do you have any idea where these leftover files that Navigraph Hub is detecting might be located?
Ah, yes! I’ll delete everything, and i’ll reboot later (currently on a 13 hours flight), i’ll answer to this post as soon as I can confirm if it worked or not!
Hi again,
So, the final solution. In the Windows Explorer, copy and paste %AppData%. Here, you will find a sub-folder called FSLabs_NavData. It will not be deleted by the uninstaller, so please delete this FSLabs_NavData folder. Open the Hub, and the FSLabs entry should be removed.
So, no need to remove the registry key (but you can if you want to keep your system clean). The Hub looks for the FSLabs_NavData folder; if it exists, the entry will be shown; if not, no entry.
