Hello Folks!
I’m trying to use my Navigraph account on the EFB, but it shows a message saying that I need an Unlimited subscription to get access. However, my current subscription is already Unlimited. What am I doing wrong?
The flight plan works fine on the FMGS → ATSU, but the charts on the EFB are still not working.

You have two accounts. In FSL EFB, Navigraph page, make sure you log in with your subscribed account.
To avoid confusion we recommend you delete non-subscribed accounts.
