Today I flew the ILS 26R approach at EDDP:
As you can see, I received a DME, even though this ILS should not have a DME. I recently observed the same issue at LICR LOC A 33 (REG) with the Leonardo Maddog. I know this used to work before, because I fly to EDDP often and I always had to tune in the LND DME. Since I saw this in the PMDG 777 and the Maddog, I assume this is a problem with Navigraph and not with those addons. I’m using FS2020 and Airac 2603 Rev 3.
That’s interesting, I only looked at the charts, which does not show a DME. The Jeppesen charts are still dated Nov 24 and the German AIP are from Dec 24. This must have been a recent change not yet depicted on the charts. Thank you!

You can see in the AIP screenshot the black bars on the left side, which indicate that this was recently changed. So, I assume this is a change as well. The data is updated “faster” than the charts; therefore, I expect the changes to appear in the next 1-2 cycles.
