Hi, I would like to request a new feature to be implemented. Let me first give you the scenario.
I plan a flight from Europe to North America. However simbrief tells me that based on the time, a particular NAT track is not available so the plan is filed using individual waypoints instead which coincide with that NAT track, which is perfectly fine (it could be useful also to have an option to generate a route to avoid all tracks by at least 60 or so miles laterally in this case, but my below suggestion might be easier to implement? And would be useful worldwide not just NAT).
However, when I look at the planned step climbs, it gives me intial altitude FL360, Waypoint A, which would be the entry point to NAT track at FL370 and waypoint B which would be the exit of the track at FL380.
The problem here is because it isnt putting me on a valid track, FL370 can’t be used going westbound anymore, I have to stick to even levels.
So, I would love the ability to force simbrief to use FL360 (or even a lower altitude if I choose to) at waypoint A and then resume optimum levels and speeds at waypoint B. Same option could be done for speed, if I wish to, force a fixed speed at waypoint A and resume optimum speed at waypoint B or just run optimum speed the whole way.
Thanks, and wishing you guys even more success in the years to come!
