Welcome.
For FSX, P3D, X-Plane, you download and install the FMS Data Manager , enter your subscription details and update your navdata to latest AIRAC cycle.
For MSFS you use Navigraph Navdata Center.

Please advice which Flightsim. You only use FMS Data Manager for FSX, P3D, X-Plane, not MSFS.
In FMS Data Manager Settings tab check you have the Flightsim path correct. Please posts screenshot using Guide to posting Screenshots. For example:

Your subscription applies to X-Plane and MSFS.
As above, for FMS navdata updates to MSFS please use Navigraph Navdata Center..
