In P3D5.3 the FMS data is out of date in the PMDG NGXU. My account needs to be updated, or however you do it. Thanks.

Please see FAQ - Nav Data Out Of Date.
If you haven’t installed the Navdata update you will need to install the FMS Data Manager as per 2nd point in that FAQ.
