FMS Data Manager stuck on "updating your data index"

Hello Navigraph team hope you’re well and safe.
As per title, since one week I got my FMS stuck on updating your data index, and it doesn’t find any of my addons mapped. The P3D folder path is correct. Latest version installed. Already tried to uninstall with the complete procedure (program data folder) and reinstalled again. No joy.
Antivirus exception created too but still no joy.
What is causing the issue in your opinion?

Possible a firewall issue or a provider issue, that doesn’t allow to access to a IP adress. We had exactly the same for a few weeks here and the result was really a provider issue …

Have you changes anything on your system during this last week?

PS: we haven’t nothing changed on the backend systems therefore it must be any other external reason for that

Just tried on my iphone personal hotspot and solved. Definitely somethiing wrong with the firewall :wink:
