FMS Data Manager not finding XP 12 MAC

Please help. I have tried for hours to get this working. FMS Data Manager worked perfectly on my Macbook Pro M2 for more than

a month. A few days ago I needed to delete and reinstall XP12. I have charts and simlink back up and working but I cannot seem to get the Data Manager to see my XP12 install. The scan function finds nothing. When I try to use the file picker window to show the Data manager where XP is located it will not work. It will not allow me to select the folder or the XP app file. I’ve tried to manually type in the path and hit save but when I come back the path is gone. I am pulling my hair out.

After hours and hours of struggling with this issue I just solved it. Here is what I did: Using Finder, got to the main XP folder and right-click it. Screenshot below. Highlight and copy the path. It will ask you if you want to copy it as a path. Do that. Then past that into the XP 12 path box in the setting of the Data Manager but MAKE SURE you add /X-Plane 12/ to what you just pasted there.
