FMS Data manager hangs up during download Airac 2113

I cannot download Airac 2113 because the manager hangs up druing the backup phase (7016/7029). Uninstall, download, fresh reinstall did not help. Windows 10, 64 bit. I would add the log-files if I could

Welcome.

In latest FMS Data Manager Settings page, try unselecting Always backup before update.
