Hey all,
since the new airac was released all my addons disappeared and addon mappings is not working correctly. I haven’t changed anything and already read through similar topics but haven’t found any idea yet which fits to the certain issue. Path is added correctly. I am using P3D v5 and XP11.

I’m having the same issue, all my mappings are gone for all my Aircrafts, and can not add any mappings, anyone know what’s going?

Hi Team,
Welcome.
Maybe best to reinstall from scratch using exact procedure below :
Please disable any Antivirus and firewall. Uninstall AV if needed.
In FMS Data Manager Settings Unregister Account:
Use Windows to uninstall FMS Data Manager. Specifically:
Press Start and open Apps & Features.
On the right hand side, open Programs and Features.
Find Navigraph FMS Data Manager in the list, select it, and press the Uninstall button above.
If they exist, delete folders:
c:\ProgramData\Navigraph and c:\Program Files (x86)\Navigraph.
Download and install latest FMS Data Manager to the default location.
Please let us know how you get on.

Hi Nico,
Please post a screenshot of the P3D v5 and X-Plane 11 paths in Settings using Guide to posting Screenshots .
In Addon Mappings , select and Remove any entries. Press Save , Scan and Save .
Please post a screenshot of this page now.

Please upload the latest logfile from C:\ProgramData\Navigraph\FMSClient\logs here. We’ll investigate.

Then you need to disable that Fritzbox or whitelist the IP.
