Fly The Maddog Charts Not Loading

When loading the Charts app in the Leonardo Maddog EFB I get stuck at “Loading…”

What I expected?

To be prompted for a login code and then charts to open on the EFB

What actually happened

Upon selecting Charts application it gets stuck at loading. I was able to login one time using the QR code, but subsequently it stopped working.I tried reinstalling and recompoling WASM with same issue.

When I try to load Navigraph Charts on the Fly the Maddog EFB I get stuck at a loading screen. I was able to get it to let me login once, but after updating to the latest AIRAC I believe the issue returned. I don’t know what is causing it as it works with my other 3rd party addons (PMDG, Just Flight, Fenix). I’ve tried reinstalling but no luck. Any recommendations?

Hello, you may want to try and reinstall the jet ensure that it is the latest build. Also try doing this as well: From the taskbar systray image please right mouse quit the Navigraph Hub

Thank you for the guidance. I did a full reinstall and got to the point where I could login and see maps. Now, where I am is that it works the first time I load the plane- but if I restart flight it gets stuck again until I reload the sim.

I will do more testing later

Hello. I’m having this issue as well. Checked for the latest version, and the app has been restarted. Downloaded and installed the Maddog 20th Anniversary the day before yesterday from the time of this writing. Stuck in “Loading…”

Yep, same issue here. Not gonna fly the plane anymore till I see a resolution posted here. Peeves me off. Very frustrating.

You could reduce your frustration a little bit if you spread your report.
Have you asked Leonardo too? Have you opened a ticket as mentioned a few postings before?

It is not always in our hands; the interfaces are developed by third-party devs.

One thing you can try is to log out of navigraph in your account for all devices. And then log back in. Try that then let us know.
