I have uninstalled all plugins and still have the issue unfortunately.
Indeed, I can uninstall it and reinstall and it works sometimes but then others it doesnât
I could have sworn that when importing the flight plan from simbrief into the sim and then sending to ATC and avionics that it would show all waypoints on the MFD. No manual entry needed.
I got an error message loading
EGBB/15 LUVUM1Y LUVUM DCT NANTI LESTA1L EGGP/27.
Our SimBrief Charts developers will look further into this when they return from leave Tuesday.

I canât say I was getting an error message when loading it - I was using the G1000 in the 172 on 24.
Itâs purely that waypoints end up missing etc. This isnât an isolated problem either. Try Birmingham to Liverpool John Lennon for example, same problem here.
As mentioned at Waypoints Missing after install of AIRAC from Navigraph Hub - #6 by NAVDataOld, we are working through issues with updating MSFS 2024 navigation data. We shall advise when we have a significant release.

For info for the community I am also having this issue and only noticed it yesterday. However I have spent very little time with the various interfaces. If I load a FS24 mission and dont change anything with regards to ATC or AVIONICS then all is fine. If however I pick up an airborne clearance (last flight) due to IFR altitude in a biz jet⌠then it picks up the Navigraph plan from Charts that I have loaded to follow but not action. It then takes me to a waypoint and not a final destination airport.
