Is it possible to remove the expression of runways draw in at FHSH, it shows up double with 3rd party runways.

MSFS has developed the scenery re-order tool in MSFS. Set your 3rd party scenery somewhere below our navigraph-base package and (if the 3rd party scenery uses the correct flags) than the runway will be “overwritten” by the 3rd party scenery.
To remove FHSH isn’t an option, because not all users have/use 3rd party sceneries.
Again, this tool is implemented in MSFS to remove such overlapping. It’s not a navdata issue.
