Fenix INVALID F-PLAN EGLL-LOWW

Not sure where the issue is. Only happens to this particular destination. Maybe there’s a bug with LOWW STAR in the navigation database?

Please can you give us more information:

Which sim do you use?
Can you confirm, that you are using the latest Fenix version?
Which AIRAC do you use?
From where are the flightplan?
Have you tried to enter it manually?

I’m using MSFS 2024. Both sim base navdata and Fenix database updated to AIRAC2510. Both routing are EGLL Heathrow to LOWW Vienna. Haven’t tried entering it manually since it’s a long route.

They do import normally into the Fenix EFB. But they can’t be requested from FMGC INIT page and ATSU AOC INIT page.

From where is this flightplan (EGLL - LOWW)?

I will try to enter it manually … these are only a few clicks

These are green (real world) routes generated directly by the latest simbrief EFB app. AIRAC cycle 2510 is selected correctly.

Ok, I have tried to insert your flightplan in the Fenix A320 without any problem, so it is not a data issue:

Then I have tried to import it from SimBrief:

Here is the same (your) flightplan with Simbrief (AIRAC 2510):

No, INVALID F-PLAN here … So, it must be any other issue on your system.

Have you checked this (from the Fenix FAQ page)?
