FDV flight plan generation issue

FDV has integration to generate right plans, but when the pop-up window opens up, it just sits in an infinite loading loop. I have my username/pilotID setup. FDV support believes it’s a SimBrief issue

Hi, SimBrief integrates with hundreds of websites. Can you be more specific as to what “FDV” is? A website URL would be easiest for us.

Does this issue affect all pilots at FDV? Or just you?

Please provide a screenshot of the pop-up window and infinite loading loop.

Also, from the pop-up window, pressing “F12” should open the browser’s developer tools. Open the “Console” tab and take any screenshots of any errors you see in there.
