I appreciate the fact that the favorite airports list got implemented in Navigraph Charts 8, however, it doesn’t appear as though it’s organized in any manner, which makes it difficult to find them when I have some 150 airports on the list. Would suggest being able to organize them by ICAO code, as was the case in Navigraph Charts 7. Thanks.
I see now that it is organized by country, and then by ICAO. May I then suggest that there be something in the settings that would allow a user to select whether they want to have it organized by country and then by ICAO code, or just by ICAO code, as this point wasn’t obvious to me initially.
Hi! Thanks for the feedback!
I have added this to our list of potential future improvements. It makes sense!
Will let you know when there are any updates.
Kind Regards,
Malte
Copy. One thing to add is that the order by country isn’t completely accurate. For instance, Barbados is appearing after Belgium, Bermuda, and Brazil. Switzerland is showing up between Canada and Chile. Germany shows up between Czech and Denmark. Spain shows up between Ecuador and Finland. Micronesia and United Kingdom both show up between France and Gibraltar. Morocco shows up before Madagascar. Mexico shows up before Marshall Islands. New Zealand shows up after Norway. Canary Islands, Azores, Aruba, and South Africa all show up after United States. Some of them are fairly minor errors, others are quite major, which is what’s making it a challenge to find airports on the favorites list.
Hello again!
In the latest update, the favorite airports list should now be sorted by ICAO code.
We hope that this will make your experience slightly better! Let us know if you see any further issues.
Kind Regards,
Malte
