Fails to export flightplan

Installed version 8.40.1. I can build plans for FSX. I get Axios error:Network error when exporting to simulator.

Hi,

This generally means Charts app can’t reach Navigraph’s backend over the network. Axios is just the network library throwing up its hands.

Most common causes (in order of likelihood)

:one: Firewall / Antivirus blocking Charts

This is the #1 cause.

  • Windows Firewall or 3rd-party AV (Bitdefender, Kaspersky, Sophos, etc.)

  • Corporate or restrictive network

Fix

  • Allow Navigraph Charts.exe through the firewall

  • Temporarily disable AV to test

  • If it works with AV off → add a permanent exception
