Exporting simbrief to EFB/avionics

I have seen a few posts but none of them remind me of my issue so I apologize if it’s been answered prior. Using simbrief and generating route but when clicking export to in game efb and avionics nothing happens. Right now I have been copying the route and entering into the route string but get stuck on “parsing route" after that happens the efb becomes inoperable. Had zero issues prior to the most recent update. Very well could be user issue I just can’t figure out what I’m doing wrong. I have the Navigraph hub with all the plugins installed as well. Currently my only solution is generating the route copying the route string and pasting it into the Efb. I’m using the 787-10. The 2024 version there is no settings that I can find that allows you to log in but on the 2020 version there is. Upon using the 2020 version clicking request does nothing whenever I have the plugins installed. If I click request without the plugins it does register my flight plan from simbrief. I would like to keep all the plugins just to have everything all in one. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi…,

Welcome.

In the MS2024 787-10 EFB,

  • Choose SimBrief Dispatch.
  • Sign in with your SimBrief details.
  • Create/Edit and Generate Flight.
  • Press IMPORT ROUTE

Flight plan should be loaded into FMC.

Cheers

Ian

Hi Ian, thanks for the reply, would you recommend doing this at the world map or at the gate/ramp/runway?

It shouldn’t matter which for the 787-10. I guess world map offers a few less clicks, in setting up departure details as well as loading into FMC.

For some other aircraft you may need to load in the aircraft supplied EFB.

Cheers

Ian

I followed the steps and still to no avail. I even logged out of simbrief dispatch and logged back in for reset. And it’s the same if I load into the game first

i also tried it from navigraph charts, if I copy the route string from SIM brief into the efb I get stuck on parsing routes, it loads in the background as you can tell but I can’t get parsing routes off of the screen without restarting the game
