Export from EFB into game avionics not working

Stock Boeing 272 Max 8, open the navigraph charts app on efb, attempt to export, does nothing. Terrible experience. Cant reapply provide any more context as it just does nothing. No errors, nothing.

I shall assume MSFS 2024 ASOBO 737 Max 8.

I just created a flight plan YMML-YSSY in EFB Navigraph Charts v. 8.38.1. I then
Loaded as active flightplan, waited for circle to complete and disappear:

The flight plan was loaded into the FMS.

Please advise the steps you have taken, including the AIRAC number and route in text form
