Hello! Thank you for the feedback!

Please confirm if you have this issue with the latest version of our navigation data and avionics plugins installed. To check this, please do the following:

  1. Open Navigraph Hub
  2. Select MSFS2024 in the sidebar
  3. Install the latest AIRAC navigation data (first package in the list)
  4. Install the G3000/G5000 avionics plugin
  5. Start the simulator
  6. Select the Vision Jet (default simulator aircraft)
  7. Start flight
  8. Navigate to the SimBrief page in the GTC and try to import a flight

Let me know what result you get!

Kind Regards,
Malte

i have already done the above,

when i import in cockpit, request flight plan, it just nothing happens, i can import from EFB however the flight plan not even showing up on the map ,

any other suggestions? this is only happening with the vision jet

Your initial post reports that you tried this in the Honda Jet. Such an aircraft does not exist by default in MSFS. There is a third party Honda Jet, which likely includes an older version of our plugin.

This is why I am trying to ensure that you are using the latest version. Just to confirm: You followed my steps and you got an error?

As for other suggestions: Do you have any other modifications installed in your simulator? Do you get the same error if you empty your community folder?

i am sorry about that, i am using the vision jet that came with FS2024.

i did a clean uninstall and wiped all folders and did a new fresh install.

i downloaded all navigraph - Hub, simbrief, etc and ensured i had the latest airac as well

the error went away when i imported from the EFB however, the active flight plan did not show up on the MFD.

when i tried to request flight plan through the cockpit display, i waited waited waited, nothign was happening. then i had to cancel it

Thank you for the clarification!

This is currently the only report of this issue. Would you mind elaborating on the context?

What is the planned route in SimBrief?
Where do you start the flight? As in, where is the aircraft located when you try this?

It’s working fine now thank you
