Hi everyone, I’m new and have a problem. When I plan my flight with SIMbrief and then try to import it, I keep getting an error. I entered my username in the FMC, as well as my ID, but neither works. I’m probably doing something wrong, but I can’t see it. This is happening with the Fenix A320. I also have the latest version of Airac.
Hello, can you please ensure that what you are trying to enter matches your Simbrief user name and email? In other words make sure that the account is the same for Fenix and SimBrief and report back if that’s not it.

For Fenix, it’s just my email address and password. I only purchased the plane there. What do you actually mean?
I see the problem, they are 2 different email addresses, Fenix and Navigraph, but I am trying to change this in SimBrief and I can’t manage it.
I have adjusted everything, even bought everything again under the correct email address, but it still does not seem to work
